Frequently asked questions

What plan formats do you support?

PDF (vector and raster), JPG, PNG, WebP. DWG and DXF are supported on the Pro plan. Hand-drawn plans on paper — photograph them, we OCR and infer.

How accurate is the wall detection?

On clean architectural PDFs: 99%+ wall accuracy. On photographs of hand-drawn plans: ~85%, with quick manual correction in the editor. We highlight low-confidence walls so you know what to check.

Can I use the 3D model in Unreal Engine or Unity?

Yes. glTF imports natively into Unity (via UnityGLTF). For Unreal, FBX export with correct scale and PBR materials. Hierarchy is preserved (walls, openings, rooms as separate objects).

What about furniture? Is it included in the 3D model?

By default the converter outputs an empty shell — walls, openings, rooms only. You add furniture in the editor or via API. This keeps the conversion fast and the output predictable.
